Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

To access the full range of 349 services, you are required to register an account using accurate, truthful, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple registrations by the same individual may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Identity Verification
349 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes. This includes copies of identification documents, proof of address, or any other relevant supporting information.
Failure to complete verification requirements within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction on withdrawal functions or account suspension until the verification process is completed.
Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
Users of the 349 platform are required to comply with all of the following rules. Violation of any of these rules may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or closure without compensation.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the platform
- Attempting to exploit technical errors or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
- Registering an account with false information or using another person's identity
- Abusing promotions or bonuses with malicious intent or through methods that violate bonus terms
- Ensuring all personal information in your account is accurate and up to date
- Report any technical issues or transaction discrepancies to customer support promptly
- Use the platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia

Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information

349 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical failures, or unauthorised access beyond our control.
The platform is provided "as is" and 349 makes no specific guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability or complete freedom from errors.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 349 platform are the exclusive property of 349 or its respective licensors.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 349.
Account Suspension & Closure
349 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or conduct that is harmful to the platform or other users.
In cases of suspension due to a terms violation, 349 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending further investigation.

349 reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any claims.
